Entrepreneurship & Founding

1997 – 2000 | Founder and President Tip-Top Kids English School, Seoul, South Korea. Managed professional development for teachers and developed comprehensive EFL programs, storytelling curricula, and musical presentations for a student body of nearly 1,500 students. Also served as Chief EFL Teacher at Kwang-hee Elementary School.
